Lean In Canada is partnering with McKie Consultants to update and expand our research on women of colour in the Canadian workforce. This new report will focus on the lived experiences of people who identify as women of colour, especially Black and Indigenous women and explore the systemic barriers that impact access, advancement, workplace experience, and leadership opportunities.
To ensure the report reflects real experiences, we are hosting a series of virtual focus groups and are seeking a diversity of participants from across Canada. (Allies and self-identified).
Focus Group Dates
- Monday, July 6 | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Tuesday, July 7 | 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Wednesday, July 8 | 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday, July 9 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Each focus group will be limited to 10 participants to encourage meaningful discussion and ensure every voice is heard.
As a thank you for your time and contribution, participants who register and attend will receive a $25 honorarium.
Your insights will help inform recommendations for individuals, employers, and policymakers, contributing to meaningful change for women of colour in workplaces across Canada.
