She has led teams and driven business growth across career transition, succession planning, and HR technology. In 2020, she co-founded LeedHR, a leadership development firm specializing in Emotional Intelligence. Angela is an Emotional Intelligence and Team certified coach with training from York University, INSEAD, and IMD. Known for building lasting connections and inspiring performance, she previously served as National Chair & Board President for Lean In Canada and continues contributing her expertise through advisory board roles.
