(Circle Leader) New Women Entrepreneurs Anoushka is an experienced executive leader across the private, non-profit, and public sectors.  Following a 20-year career with the Alberta Public Service, she founded Marcelino Marise Solutions in 2023 to support organizations in improving their approaches to corporate governance.  She specializes in helping clients to right-size their policy infrastructure, successfully deliver on strategic priorities, and optimize their approaches to staff engagement so that workplaces are happy and productive.  Anoushka is a recognized as an expert builder of coalitions and she is looking forward to leading the Lean In Edmonton Circle for New Women Entrepreneurs where she hopes to help Circle members build trusting, long-term relationships in a safe environment of group learning and development.
