Co-Founder and CEO of Focused Dreams Forward Foundation and former Vice President of Organizational Culture and Inclusion for the Toronto Raptors

John Wiggins is a seasoned executive leader in sports and entertainment, and organizational transformation. As Vice President of Organizational Culture and Inclusion for the Toronto Raptors, John led social culture change initiatives that honored the Raptors with the NBA Inclusion Leadership Award in 2022. John launched Canada’s first NBA G League franchise, Raptors 905, guiding the team to the 2017 Championship and 2020 Franchise of the Year honors, while also playing an executive role in Toronto Raptor’s historic 2019 NBA Championship. Beyond his professional sports, John is the Co-Founder and CEO of Focused Dreams Forward Foundation, a registered charity supporting underserved youth of the Caribbean diaspora communities. John has been recognized with the Sports Business Journal ALL in Leadership in DEI Award (2023) and the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Community Service Award (2022).
