Anoushka Fernandes is a respected executive leader with 30 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to successfully transform teams from good to great; and to provide calm and steady leadership in the face of chaotic situations.

Anoushka served as one of the inaugural leadership team members for the Lean In Edmonton Network since its inception in late 2024.  She is excited to transition into the role Director, National Coalition with the Lean In Canada Board of Directors, where she will use her experience as a past member of a local network to better integrate Lean In organizations across the country with the work and supports of Lean In Canada.
