Jackie Foo is a transformational C-Suite leader with over 25 years of executive experience at some of Canada’s most recognized brands, including goeasy, Bell, Virgin, The Source, and Telus. A dynamic change agent, Jackie is known for inspiring those around her to reach their fullest potential, both personally and professionally. As a seasoned COO, she has led large frontline teams across the country and is widely credited with championing and advancing top female talent within the organizations she has led.

Jackie’s impact as an executive goes far beyond record-breaking results and unprecedented growth. She has been a vocal advocate for equity and inclusion, playing an active leadership role in Employee Resource Groups such as Women @ Bell, CIRCLE for Indigenous Communities, and Women in Leadership (WIL) at goeasy. Alongside her peers, she was recognized in the Globe and Mail’s Women Lead Here report, which celebrates senior women leaders driving progress in corporate Canada.

A long-time friend of Lean In Canada, Jackie has served as an advisor since 2015 and was instrumental in the organization’s national expansion. She supported the recruitment and onboarding of regional chapter presidents, while continuing to mentor board members and chapter leaders across the country. Over the years, Jackie has advised on strategy, secured corporate sponsors, acted as a keynote speaker, and contributed to fundraising initiatives. Her passion for advancing women in the workplace and her unwavering commitment to Lean In Canada remain as strong today as when she first joined our community.
