Jennifer Wilson is a strategic transformational leader who takes complex, high-stakes government priorities from concept through execution to measurable results. With over two decades in provincial and municipal governments, she has shaped major public investments, modernized programs, and led large-scale planning efforts, focused on delivering real results for the people of Ontario.

Jennifer believes learning from one another’s diverse perspectives and experiences is how we come to truly understand and value our differences, it’s what led her to found Lean In OPS. That belief grew into a province-wide, inclusive leadership community built on belonging, trust, and growth. She is looking forward to bringing that same strategic clarity and belief in the power of diverse voices to her role as Director of Engagement, growing Circles across the country and building spaces where every voice is valued and every member has the opportunity to thrive.
