Lean In helps women achieve their ambitions and companies create equal and inclusive workplaces. We support women’s leadership and community connection through our core pathways: Circles and Events—supported by resources and volunteer leadership.
Circles
Circles are small community groups that meet regularly for support, mentorship, and skill-building. They’re designed to help women build confidence, pursue goals, and navigate challenges—together.
Events
We create events that provide actionable career insights and foster engaging conversations about success and workplace equity.
Educate
Lean In Canada provides educational resources that strengthen understanding of women’s leadership, workplace equity, and career advancement. Through research, tools, and practical learning opportunities, we support both women and allies in building more inclusive, equitable corporate and professional environments.
